Every wrongdoing and destruction caused by the shepherds should be recorded, noting how many they destroy as I command and how many they destroy on their own. Each shepherd's actions and the destruction they cause should be recorded individually.

And every excess and the destruction which will be wrought through the shepherds, record (namely) how many they destroy according to my command, and how many according to their own caprice: record against every individual shepherd all the destruction he effects.
