Chapter XLI🇪🇸🇷🇺🇮🇳🇨🇳Enoch

Chapter XLI Summary

Enoch saw the secrets of the heavens. He saw how the kingdom is divided and how people's actions are weighed. He saw the homes of the chosen and the holy. He saw sinners being driven away because they denied the Lord of Spirits. They could not stay because of the punishment. Enoch saw the secrets of lightning, thunder, winds, clouds, and dew. He saw where they come from and how they cover the earth. He saw chambers where winds are divided, including the chambers of hail, mist, and clouds. Enoch saw the chambers of the sun and moon. He saw where they come from and where they go. He saw their paths and how they never leave their paths. He saw how they keep faith with each other. The sun goes first and follows the Lord of Spirits' command. The moon follows its path by day and night, opposite the sun. Both give thanks and praise to the Lord. The sun can bring blessings or curses. The moon brings light to the righteous and darkness to sinners. The Lord made a separation between light and darkness. He divided the spirits of men and strengthened the spirits of the righteous.

Verse 1

I saw all the hidden things of the heavens, how the kingdom is divided, and how people's actions are judged.

Verse 2

I saw the homes of the chosen ones and the homes of the holy. I also saw all the sinners being forced out because they reject the name of the Lord of Spirits. They couldn't stay because of the punishment coming from the Lord of Spirits.

Verse 3

I saw how lightning and thunder work, how the winds are divided to blow over the earth, and how clouds and dew are formed. I also saw where they come from and how they water the dry ground.

Verse 4

I saw closed compartments where the winds are separated, including the compartments for hail and wind, for mist, and for clouds. The cloud hovers over the earth from the beginning of the world.

Verse 5

I saw the places where the sun and moon start and end their journeys, their grand return, and how one is greater than the other. I saw their majestic paths and how they never leave them, neither adding to nor taking away from their paths. They remain faithful to each other, following the oath that binds them together.

Verse 6

The sun rises and follows its path as the Lord of Spirits commands. His name is powerful forever and ever.

Verse 7

I saw the hidden and visible paths of the moon. It completes its journey along these paths by day and by night, one path opposite the other, before the Lord of Spirits. They constantly give thanks and praise, and their thanksgiving is their rest.

Verse 8

The sun can bring blessings or curses. The moon's path shines for the righteous but is dark for sinners, all in the Lord's name. He separates light from darkness and divides human spirits. He strengthens the spirits of the righteous in the name of His righteousness.

Verse 9

The secrets of the stars are revealed.
