Chapter LXXXVII Summary

I saw animals starting to fight and eat each other. The earth cried out. I looked up to heaven. I saw beings like white men coming from heaven. Four came first, then three more. The three who came last took me by the hand. They lifted me up away from the earth. They showed me a tall tower. It was higher than all the hills. One told me to stay there. I had to watch what happened to the elephants, camels, asses, stars, and oxen.

Verse 1

I saw them start to attack and eat each other, and the earth began to cry out.

Verse 2

I looked up at the sky again and saw a vision. Beings like white men came down from heaven. Four of them came from one place, and three followed them.

Verse 3

Those three who had come last took hold of my hand, lifted me up away from the people on earth, and raised me to a high place. They showed me a tall tower that was higher than all the hills around.

Verse 4

And one said to me, "Stay here until you see everything that happens to those elephants, camels, and donkeys, and the stars and the oxen, and all of them."
