Chapter XLIII Summary
Enoch saw lightnings and stars. God called each star by name, and they listened. The stars were weighed fairly based on their light. Their paths and movements were shown. They follow a set order and work together. Enoch asked the angel with him what these things meant. The angel said these things represent people who live on earth and believe in God forever.
I saw other flashes of light and the stars in the sky. I watched as He called each one by name, and they all obeyed Him.
I observed how they are measured in a fair scale according to their amounts of light. I saw the size of their paths and the day they appear, and how their movement creates lightning. I also saw their movement according to the count of the angels, and how they remain true to each other.
I asked the angel who was with me and showing me hidden things, "What are these?"
The Lord of Spirits has shown you their symbolic meaning: these are the names of the holy people who live on earth and believe in the name of the Lord of Spirits forever and ever.
