Chapter XLVIII Summary
In that place, there was a fountain of righteousness that never runs dry. Around it were many fountains of wisdom. All who were thirsty drank from them and were filled with wisdom. They lived with the righteous, holy, and chosen ones. At that time, the Son of Man was named in the presence of the Lord of Spirits. His name was known before the sun, signs, and stars were created. He is a support for the righteous, so they do not fall. He is the light for the Gentiles and hope for those with troubled hearts. All who live on earth will worship, praise, and bless him. They will celebrate the Lord of Spirits. He was chosen and hidden before the creation of the world. The wisdom of the Lord of Spirits revealed him to the holy and righteous. He saved them because they hated the unrighteous world and its ways. They were saved in his name. On the day of their trouble, the kings and strong ones will not be able to save themselves. They will be given to the chosen ones. They will burn like straw in fire and sink like lead in water. No trace of them will be found. They denied the Lord of Spirits and His Anointed. The name of the Lord of Spirits is blessed. On the day of their trouble, there will be rest on the earth. They will fall and not rise again. No one will help them.
I saw the endless fountain of righteousness in that place. Around it were many fountains of wisdom. All who were thirsty drank from them, became filled with wisdom, and lived with the righteous, holy, and chosen ones.
At that moment, the Son of Man was given a name in the presence of the Lord of Spirits, and his name was declared before the Ancient of Days.
His name was known before the Lord of Spirits created the sun, the signs, or the stars in the sky.
He will be a support for the righteous, helping them stand firm and not fall. He will be a light to those who are not of Israel, and a hope for those whose hearts are troubled.
Everyone on earth will bow down and worship him, praising, blessing, and celebrating the Lord of Spirits with songs.
He was chosen and hidden by God before the world was created, and will remain so forever.
The wisdom of the Lord of Spirits has shown him to those who are holy and righteous. He has protected the destiny of the righteous because they have rejected and despised this unjust world and all its actions and ways in the name of the Lord of Spirits. In his name, they are saved, and their lives are as he has pleased.
In those days, the kings of the earth and the powerful who control the land will be deeply troubled. This is because of the things they have done. When their day of suffering comes, they won't be able to save themselves.
I will hand them over to my chosen ones. They will burn up like straw in a fire in front of the holy ones, and they will sink like lead in water in front of the righteous. There will be no trace of them left.
On the day of their suffering, the earth will find peace. They will fall before Him and never rise again. No one will be able to help them up, for they have rejected the Lord of Spirits and His Anointed One. May the name of the Lord of Spirits be blessed.
