Chapter LXVI Summary
Angels of punishment are ready to release the waters under the earth. These waters will judge and destroy everyone on earth. The Lord of Spirits tells the angels to hold back the waters. These angels control the waters. Enoch leaves the scene.

He then showed me the punishment angels, ready to unleash all the water forces beneath the earth to bring judgment and destruction on everyone living on earth.
2God told the angels in charge of the waters not to let them rise, but to hold them back.
3I left Enoch's presence.
