The Head of Days felt sorry for destroying all people on earth. He promised not to do it again. He swore by his great name. He said he would put a sign in the sky. This sign would be a promise between him and people forever. He said this was his command. He said when he wants to help people during hard times, he will send angels. He will also punish people with his anger and punishment. God, the Lord of Spirits, said this. The final judgment of Azazel, the Watchers, and their children is mentioned.
The Supreme Being had a change of heart and said, "I shouldn't have wiped out everyone on Earth."
He made a solemn promise by His great name: "From now on, I will not do this to everyone living on earth. I will place a sign in the sky, and this will be a promise of good faith between Me and them forever, as long as heaven exists above the earth. This is according to My command."
When I wanted to help them through the angels during the time of trouble and suffering, I will instead let My punishment and anger stay on them, says God, the Lord of Spirits.
Here is the rewritten verse: The final judgment will come for Azazel, the Watchers, and their descendants.
