KJV - Psalms 127:5

Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

Blessed is the person with many arrows in their quiver; they won't be embarrassed, but will confidently talk to their enemies at the city entrance.
