←Back to VersesAnd have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.
They don't have deep foundations and only last for a while. When hard times or trouble come because of the message, they get easily upset right away.
