Leviticus 13:8
And if the priest see that, behold, the scab spreadeth in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a leprosy.
Simple English
If the priest notices the scab on the person's skin is getting bigger, he will say they are unclean; it's a kind of skin disease called leprosy.
