Chapter 13

KJV - Leviticus 13:15

And the priest shall see the raw flesh, and pronounce him to be unclean: for the raw flesh is unclean: it is a leprosy.

The priest will look at the uncooked meat and say the person is unclean because the meat is impure - it's like a skin disease called leprosy.
