KJV - Leviticus 4:6

And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD, before the vail of the sanctuary.

The priest will dip his finger in the blood and spread it seven times in front of God, behind the special curtain in the holy place.
