Chapter 27

KJV - Leviticus 27:26

Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD’s firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD’s.

Only the first animal born, which belongs to the LORD, cannot be set apart by people; whether it's a cow or a sheep, it belongs to the LORD.
