KJV - Leviticus 19:14
Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumblingblock before the blind, but shalt fear thy God: I am the LORD.
Do not curse those who cannot hear, and do not make things difficult for those who cannot see. Instead, respect and honor God - I am the one speaking to you.
