Chapter 14

KJV - Leviticus 14:21

And if he be poor, and cannot get so much; then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering, and a log of oil;

If he is poor and can't afford much, then he should take one small lamb for a sin offering to wave, to forgive his sins. He also needs to get a mix of flour and oil for a food offering, along with a bottle of oil.
