Judges 18:28
←Back to VersesAnd there was no deliverer, because it was far from Zidon, and they had no business with any man; and it was in the valley that lieth by Bethrehob. And they built a city, and dwelt therein.
There was no savior since Zidon was far away, and they didn't interact with anyone. This happened in a valley near Bethrehob. So, they constructed a city and lived in it.
