Ezra

Describes the return of the Jews from Babylonian exile and the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem.

Chapter 4

KJV - Ezra 4:2

Then they came to Zerubbabel, and to the chief of the fathers, and said unto them, Let us build with you: for we seek your God, as ye do; and we do sacrifice unto him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assur, which brought us up hither.

Then Zerubbabel and the leaders were approached, and they said, "Let's build together because we also worship your God in the same way. We have been sacrificing to him since the time of Esarhaddon, the king of Assyria, who brought us here."
