Exodus 4:11
And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?
Simple English
And the LORD asked him, Who created human mouths? Or who makes people unable to speak, or hard of hearing, or able to see, or unable to see? Didn't I do it, the LORD?
