Chapter 20

KJV - Exodus 20:20

And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

Moses told the people, "Don't be afraid. God is here to test you and make sure you remember to fear Him so you don't do wrong things."
