Chapter 19

KJV - Exodus 19:5

Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

So, if you listen to my words and follow my agreement, you will be special treasures just for me, more than any other group. Because the whole world belongs to me.
