Chapter 5

KJV - Daniel 5:29

Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

Belshazzar ordered people to dress Daniel in red clothes, put a golden chain around his neck, and announced that he would be the third most important leader in the kingdom.
