Chapter 12

KJV - Daniel 12:10

Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Many will be cleansed, whitened, and tested, but evil people will keep doing evil things. They won't understand anything. However, smart people will understand.
