Back to ChaptersKJV - 1 Chronicles 20:4 And it came to pass after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Philistines; at which time Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Sippai, that was of the children of the giant: and they were subdued. After this event, a war broke out between the Israelites and the Philistines at Gezer. During this conflict, Sibbechai, a Hushathite, killed Sippai, who was one of the descendants of the giant. As a result, the Philistines were defeated.
