Numbers 3:12
←Back to VersesAnd I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that openeth the matrix among the children of Israel: therefore the Levites shall be mine;
And I, indeed, have chosen the Levites from the Israelite children in place of all the firstborn born from the womb among the Israelites. So, the Levites belong to me.
