Nehemiah leads the rebuilding of Jerusalem's walls and reforms the community.

Chapter 4

KJV - Nehemiah 4:5

And cover not their iniquity, and let not their sin be blotted out from before thee: for they have provoked thee to anger before the builders.

Don't hide their wrongdoings, and don't erase their sins; they made you angry while building.
