Matthew 9:13
But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Simple English
But go and understand this: I want mercy, not sacrifices. I didn't come to help good people, but to help those who have done wrong and want to change their ways.
