Matthew 23:34
←Back to VersesWherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
So, I am sending you prophets, smart people, and writers. Some of them you will kill and put on crosses, and some you will whip in your meeting places and chase them from place to place.
