Jeremiah 46:18
As I live, saith the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so shall he come.
Simple English
"I swear by the King, whose name is the Lord of all armies," said the Lord. "Just like Tabor stands out among the mountains and Carmel by the sea, so will this person arrive."
