Jeremiah 23:2
←Back to VersesTherefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.
So, the Lord God of Israel speaks to the shepherds who lead his people. He says they have scattered and pushed away his flock while neglecting them. Therefore, he will punish these shepherds for their wrong actions, as promised by the Lord.
