Isaiah 30:18
And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.
Simple English
So, the LORD will patiently wait to show kindness to you. He will also be raised in honor so he can have compassion on you. This is because the LORD is a fair God. Blessings go to everyone who patiently waits for Him.
