Isaiah 28:16

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

So, God says, "I'm placing a strong, valuable stone as the cornerstone in Zion. This stone is certain and won't let you down. If you believe in it, there's no need to rush."
