Hebrews 13:17
←Back to VersesObey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
Follow those in charge and obey them, as you should. They keep an eye on your well-being because they have to report to someone, so they can feel happy about it and not sad. This way, things will be better for you.
