←Back to VersesFor ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.
You cared about me when I was captured, and willingly gave up your possessions to help me. You knew that you have something more valuable and lasting in heaven.
