Chapter 1

KJV - Habakkuk 1:16

Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat plenteous.

So, they offer sacrifices to their fishing nets and burn incense to their dragons because these help them have lots of food and plenty of meat.
