←Back to VersesAnd Joseph saw Ephraim’s children of the third generation: the children also of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought up upon Joseph’s knees.
Joseph saw the grandchildren of Ephraim, from the third level down. Also, the kids of Machir, who was Manasseh's son, were placed on Joseph's lap.
