←Back to VersesUnto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
He told the woman, "I will increase your pain and pregnancy; you will have children through pain; you will want your husband, and he will be in charge of you."
