Hath oppressed the poor and needy, hath spoiled by violence, hath not restored the pledge, and hath lifted up his eyes to the idols, hath committed abomination,

This person has mistreated the poor and those in need, caused harm through force, didn't return what was borrowed, looks up to false gods, and has done something very bad.
