But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king’s damage. For us and our people are owned, to be destroyed, killed, and wiped out. But if we were only sold as slaves, I wouldn't say anything, even if the enemy couldn't balance the king's harm.
