Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 7

KJV - Deuteronomy 7:10

And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

He pays back those who hate him by destroying them; he won't be lenient towards those who hate him, but will pay them back in kind.
