Moses gives speeches about laws and the importance of following God before the Israelites enter the Promised Land.

Chapter 15

KJV - Deuteronomy 15:10

Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

You must truly give him, and your heart will not be sad when you give to him. This is because, for this act, the Lord will bless you in everything you do and all your efforts.
