The shortest book, predicting Edom's downfall as justice for their actions against Judah.

Chapter 1

KJV - Obadiah 1:4

Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.

Even if you act proud like an eagle and make your home among the stars, I will still bring you down, says the Lord.
