Describes a time when Israel was ruled by judges and the cycle of turning away from God, facing trouble, and then returning to Him.

Chapter 21

KJV - Judges 21:2

And the people came to the house of God, and abode there till even before God, and lifted up their voices, and wept sore;

The people went to God's house, stayed there until evening, sang loudly, and cried a lot.
