Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

Now the God of peace, who raised our Lord Jesus from the dead, is the great shepherd of all believers. This is done through the power of an eternal agreement shown by Jesus's blood.
