And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
This means that the phrase "Yet once more" is about getting rid of things that can easily change or disappear, like things we make, so only the things that stay strong and don't change will remain.
