Esther

Tells how Queen Esther saves the Jews from being destroyed in Persia.

Chapter 1

KJV - Esther 1:8

And the drinking was according to the law; none did compel: for so the king had appointed to all the officers of his house, that they should do according to every man’s pleasure.

The drinking followed the rules; no one forced anyone: because the king ordered his staff to let everyone enjoy as they wished.
