KJV - Acts 5:31

Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

God has lifted him up with his powerful hand to be a leader and a rescuer. He does this so that he can bring the chance for people in Israel to change their ways and to forgive their wrongdoings.
