Chapter 19

KJV - 2 Samuel 19:8

Then the king arose, and sat in the gate. And they told unto all the people, saying, Behold, the king doth sit in the gate. And all the people came before the king: for Israel had fled every man to his tent.

Then the king stood up and sat at the entrance. He told everyone, "Look, the king is sitting at the entrance." So, everyone came to see the king because all the people from Israel had gone back to their homes.
