He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,

He's arrogant, ignorant, and obsessed with arguing over trivial matters, which leads to jealousy, conflict, insults, and negative assumptions.
