Natural Wellness

Natural wellness refers to the practice of maintaining and improving health and well-being through natural methods and remedies, often emphasizing the use of natural products, holistic approaches, and lifestyle changes. It encompasses a wide range of practices, including herbal medicine, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management techniques, all aimed at promoting overall health and preventing illness. The concept is rooted in the belief that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself when given the right support. In Hebrew, the term can be translated as בריאות טבעית (beriot tavit). In Spanish, it is known as bienestar natural, and in French, it is referred to as bien-être naturel. Key aspects of natural wellness include the use of natural supplements, such as vitamins and minerals, the consumption of whole, unprocessed foods, regular exercise, and the incorporation of mind-body practices like meditation and yoga. This approach often seeks to address the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms, and it aligns with various traditional medicine systems, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda.
