Merkaba

The Merkaba (Hebrew: מֶרְכָּבָה, literally "chariot") is a spiritual symbol and concept in Jewish mysticism, particularly in the Kabbalah and esoteric traditions. It is often depicted as a three-dimensional geometric figure composed of two interlocking tetrahedrons, forming a shape that is also known as a star tetrahedron or Stellated Octahedron. The Merkaba is considered a sacred symbol representing the union of the divine masculine and feminine energies, and it is believed to facilitate spiritual ascension and connection to higher realms of consciousness. In various esoteric traditions, the Merkaba is thought to be a vehicle for the soul's journey through the dimensions of existence. The concept has been adopted and interpreted in different ways by various spiritual and New Age movements, often incorporating elements from Kabbalah, ancient Egyptian mysticism, and other esoteric teachings.
